Am I required to make my property available to Section 8?
Yes you are required to make your property available for Section 8. However the applicant must meet all of the Resident Criteria. -
Are you licensed?

Can I reach you after hours?
Yes, you will be able to reach us after hours. Communication is very important to us. -
Can you put the money directly into my account?
Yes, we ACH funds to owners every month between the 10th-12th of each month -
Do I get to see the lease or sign it?
You will receive a copy of the lease once it has been fully executed. A Sample Lease can always be provided upon request. -
Do you sell real estate too?
RSP does not sell real estate, we refer out sells to very experienced agents. Our primary focus is property management. -
How and when do I get my checks?
Funds are sent electronically via ACH between the 10th -12th of each month -
How is rent collection handled?
The residents have an online portal to make payments and they can also drop payments off at our office. -
How long of a lease do you sign?
Our typical lease is for 12 months. If an applicant requests a longer or shorter term, we would reach out to you for approval. -
How much security deposit do you charge the tenant?
A minimum of one month's rent. A higher deposit may be required if an applicant is approved with conditions. -
How soon can you start managing my property?
The process is quite simple. Once the management agreement has been signed, our services can usually begin within 24-48 hours. -
What type of properties do you manage?
Single family homes, condos, duplexes, triplexes, quadplexes, townhomes and apartments -
Who holds the tenant security deposit?
RSP holds the security deposit in a non interest bearing account
