With 20 years of experience in property management, Dedra Cloud is passionate about building strong, lasting relationships with both clients, residents and vendors. Throughout her career, Dedra has found that connecting with people is what truly makes her work rewarding.
As a proud member of the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM), she has earned her RMP (Residential Management Professional) designation, a testament to her expertise in the field. Dedra has also served as the Treasurer for the Greater Lakeland NARPM chapter for 6 years, further showcasing her commitment to the industry and her community.
Whether managing properties or mentoring others in the field, Dedra’s approach is always people-first, with a focus on trust, communication, and ensuring every interaction leaves a positive impact.
